End-User License Agreement24Zap

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Arrecife Tecnologia LTDA.

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our 24Zap software ("Software") directly from Arrecife Tecnologia LTDA or indirectly through an Arrecife Tecnologia LTDA authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller"). The Software operates as an application within the Bitrix24 platform, enabling WhatsApp integration through unofficial and/or official (Meta) APIs.

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using 24Zap. It provides a license to use 24Zap and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

If you register for a free trial of 24Zap, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By installing and/or using 24Zap, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.

Nature of the Service

24Zap is a Bitrix24 plugin that allows users to connect and use WhatsApp through unofficial and/or official (Meta) APIs. The Software acts as an intermediary between Bitrix24 and WhatsApp, facilitating message exchange.

• 24Zap does not store conversation data. Messages are exchanged in real-time between WhatsApp and Bitrix24 and are not retained on our servers.
• 24Zap does not guarantee the availability or functioning of WhatsApp or Bitrix24. These are third-party platforms outside our control. Service interruptions, API changes, or account restrictions imposed by WhatsApp (Meta) or Bitrix24 are not the responsibility of Arrecife Tecnologia LTDA.
• When using the unofficial WhatsApp API, your account may be subject to restrictions or bans imposed by WhatsApp (Meta). Arrecife Tecnologia LTDA is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of the unofficial API.

License Grant

Arrecife Tecnologia LTDA hereby grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use 24Zap on your Bitrix24 portal in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

You are permitted to install 24Zap on Bitrix24 portals under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your Bitrix24 portal and internet browser meet the minimum requirements of 24Zap.

You are not permitted to:

• Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose
• Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
• Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
• Use the Software to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that violates WhatsApp's terms of service
• Use the Software for any purpose that Arrecife Tecnologia LTDA considers is a breach of this EULA agreement

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Arrecife Tecnologia LTDA does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. In particular:

• We do not guarantee that WhatsApp or Bitrix24 will remain available, functional, or compatible with the Software at all times
• We do not guarantee delivery, reading, or receipt of messages sent through the Software
• We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Arrecife Tecnologia LTDA shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded (installed) by you and all subsequent downloads (installations) of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Arrecife Tecnologia LTDA.

Arrecife Tecnologia LTDA reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.

Termination

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Arrecife Tecnologia LTDA.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.

Governing Law

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil.
